The Continuum of Leadership is designed specifically for innovative and collaborative leaders, empowering you to apply the insights to what you already know, and any additional developmental areas we uncover.
The program is personalised because it is based around the TCP Life Audit. In this way, it offers flexibility and is tailored to your unique needs, so that you are taking the RIGHT step, at the RIGHT time, in the RIGHT way for you. And the good news - you don’t need to know that coming into this work, we uncover it together. The Life Audit helps us determine how you need to Grow, Differently at this season of life and leadership, so we can map out the areas of focus for you now and into the next 12 months.
This is a workshop-style, active-participation facilitation on a topic you’re very familiar with - you.
It includes:
6 x 2-Hour 1:1 Sessions (12 x hours in total):
TCP Life Audit: 2 x sessions helping you understand where you stand in your life, personally & professionally.
Personalised Leadership Topics: 3 x sessions to BRIDGE the insights from the Life Audit into your role as a leader. This could be one topic per session, or one larger topic broken into practical solutions.
Leadership Roadmap: A personalised plan for your next 6-12 months, designed to guide you through key milestones and challenges.
Email Support Between Sessions: Access ongoing support to help you integrate insights into your daily leadership practice.
Optional Integrations: Any documentation and charters can be provided over email. If you, as the leader, have any personality or strengths assessments these can be integrated as well.
Audio Recordings of Sessions: For ongoing reference and reflection.
Completed Records: Everything we work on will be packaged up and supplied for future use, and progress tracking.
Personalised Recommendations: Additional resources and strategies for continuous leadership development.
Ongoing Support: All clients will be eligible for casual mentoring for future accountability or check-ins.
