Seven Year Cycles & Embracing Possibility

In 2025, I celebrate 14 years of The Continuum Process; two, seven-year cycles, serendipitous in ways that can only be seen when one glances back ever so gently. Hopefully, with a wry, proud smile for the lessons and love gained. Learn about what these seven year cycles, held and nurtured by the intentionality of The Continuum Process, have given my life.

This article will have you reflecting on your own seven-year cycles.

    Life's Transitions; Loud vs Quiet

Life is filled with both Loud and Quiet Transitions. While Loud Transitions, like major life events, are often easier to recognise, Quiet Transitions can be equally impactful, though less obvious. These subtle shifts, such as recognising limiting beliefs or contemplating a significant change, can lead to profound personal growth.

    This article explores the difference.

One of My Most Defining Times Yet

I have spent almost half of 2024 happily exploring what it is that I have created. I feel like I dug to China and back for answers to genuinely big, meaningful and heart-felt questions about my own life, and the impact The Continuum Process has had, and will have on the lives of those it serves. This is a long article. But I wanted to capture what has been a deeply significant period of time in my life.

I hope there is insight here for you.

Fierce Self Compassion by Dr Kristin Neff Book Cover

Fierce Self-Compassion, Dr Kristin Neff

I got so much out of this book & it is one I refer to often. We tend to think of self-compassion as being very gentle, passive - which it can be, but there is a way to use it to support ourselves in accessing courage and conviction that I have found invaluable.

You Already Know by Helen Jacobs Book Cover

You Already Know, Helen Jacobs

I am a big fan of Helen Jacobs work, having been a client and a long-time absorber of her podcast and books. But this book, well, I keep coming back to it. Every time I reach a new stage in my heart-led, intuitive-living journey, I turn to this book and it meets me right where I need to be met.

Atomic Habits, James Clear

James Clear’s bestseller. Yes this is a book about our habits, and how changing them can change our lives. But it’s more than that. It talks to the process of doing so, mindset, systems. It’s a fantastic read and aligns so well with what I teach in TCP.

Ash Beckham: We Are All Coming Out of A Closet

An oldie (2014!) but a goodie. This Ted Talk by activist Ash Beckham opened my eyes up to understanding that we ALL have a closet to come out of. That we need courage to open up, and empathy for the closest’s others are coming out of.

The teachings of Sian Pascale and The Light Collective have been hugely instrumental in my journey. I can’t recommend the online studio (and the more intensive trainings) enough. The Yin Yoga is delicious!
